It has been a busy couple of weeks! As soon as we finished passing a budget in the Legislature, I was back on the street, knocking on doors and meeting with voters.

The weather has been great and the voters significantly more welcoming than the dogs. Met this large, loud dog out visiting voters. Chose not to chat. Marked down as undecided. 

Overall, the voters I have visited are (surprisingly) pleased to see their State Senator at their door and continue to be concerned about the economy, education and balancing taxes and state spending.  They are happy that the State government does not appear to be in trapped in the same gridlock as DC.
